As a company that delivers CRM selection services, we are often asked which implementation partners are best for companies choosing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
There are dozens of Microsoft Dynamics CRM partners to choose from. Over the years, we have worked with a number of them, and we have also received recommendations from customers and industry insiders about others.
The landscape has shifted significantly since we first published this list — several long-standing partners have been acquired, rebranded, or rolled up into larger platforms, and a handful of new heavy-hitters have emerged at the top of the ecosystem.
Each partner listed below has the experience and expertise to deliver solid results.
With that said, it’s important for any prospective client seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation partner to conduct their own due diligence before making a final selection.
HCLTech (formerly PowerObjects)
PowerObjects, once the go-to Microsoft Dynamics CRM partner based in Minneapolis, was acquired by HCL Technologies in 2015 for approximately $46 million. They operated as “PowerObjects, an HCL Technologies Company” for several years before fully migrating their website and branding to the HCL domain, completing the acquisition journey.
Today, the practice operates under the HCLTech Microsoft Business Applications umbrella and has been repeatedly recognized as Microsoft Global Partner of the Year across multiple geographies, product lines, and industries.
For longtime readers — note that The CRM Book, PowerObjects’ beloved free online resource launched in 2013, has been officially retired. HCLTech now recommends Microsoft Learn as a free, interactive replacement.
Azamba Consulting Group
Azamba remains one of the most consistent voices in the Dynamics 365 small- and mid-market space. Their end-to-end approach remains anchored in the OnTrack CRM Success System, and the team continues to publish extensively on YouTube and the CRM Software Blog.

Azamba remains headquartered in Chicago, Illinois.
Argano (formerly Arbela Technologies)
Arbela Technologies, the Irvine, California-based Dynamics 365 Gold Partner we previously highlighted, was acquired by business and technology services firm Argano in 2021. The team now operates as part of the broader Argano platform that private equity firm Trinity Hunt Partners assembled by combining several technology services practices. Argano is now a two-time Microsoft Partner of the Year with proven expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, omnichannel contact centers, and managed services.
sa.global (formerly SAGlobal)
SAGlobal has rebranded as sa.global. They continue to provide Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation services and industry-specific solutions, with a particular focus on project-based and service-centric organizations, including legal, accounting, AEC, advertising, and consulting firms. sa.global has been a member of Microsoft’s Inner Circle for 12 years and has received 11 Partner of the Year awards.
