Vertical Response allows users to send marketing emails and postcards, create custom mailing lists from contacts and leads, design campaigns, and track them. Users can also post emails on Facebook and Twitter.
iContact’s app is built into the Salesforce Campaign tab and it delivers emails that users have designed within Salesforce. These emails can include social media buttons and more. iContact also measures unique opens, total opens, unique clicks, bounced emails, delivered emails, unsubscribes, and complaints per message.
ExactTarget helps users create and deliver an unlimited number of emails using Salesforce data. Emails are “brandable” and Exact Target provides real-time data on them.
Sugar Email Marketing: Sugar has built-in email marketing functionality that allows users to brand emails and send them to targeted audiences. Users can track and assign opportunities to campaign leads. Users can also control opt-in and opt-out lists.
Email Marketing for Microsoft Dynamics CRM: This Software-as-a-Service application by ClickDimensions is fully integrated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. It allows for marketers to create HTML email templates, send emails, and track both open rates and time spent by email recipients. In addition, the app offers web form and survey integration with company websites. Other email marketing solutions for MS Dynamics CRM include products by c360 and Core Motives.
Sage E-Marketing for Sage CRM: Sage E-Marketing allows users to choose from over 90 editable email templates to create drip marketing campaigns. Users can group recipients for targeted emails, and can track open rates, bounce rates, and click rates.
There are varying degrees of integration between email marketing solutions and CRM systems. Some email marketing solutions only fully integrate with a specific CRM system. The choice of which email marketing system to standardize on is often dependent on which CRM system your organization is using or plans to implement.
